River Organics Subscription Policy



Thank you for considering our Subscription Plan for your River Organics CBD product!  Our plan is a partnership between River Organics and Pinwheel, which is a secure third-party payment provider linked seamlessly to our website.  Pinwheel uses the latest technology to keep your confidential information secure – no one at River Organics has access to your credit card account information.

When you subscribe to one of our products, for a term of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, the email you use for your initial purchase will be used to create an account in Pinwheel.  The discount you receive is shown as the subscription price, and is explained in a table at the bottom of our Subscribe page under the question "Will I Save Money?"  (Please note that any additional one-time discount code that is entered and applied to the first installment of your subscription will not be applied to subsequent shipments under that subscription. You will still receive the lower subscription price for the item based on the term of your subscription).  You can contact us by email at customerservice@riverorganics.com or by telephone at (804) 699-3521 if you have questions or wish to change your subscription.

Alternatively, you can access the Pinwheel account directly if you wish to view or make changes to your subscription plan on their website.  Follow the steps below to use Pinwheel:

  • Immediately upon confirming your River Organics order, you will receive an email at the same address from no-reply@pinwheelpay.com – the subject line will be “Subscription Activation with Recurring Charge”. Click on this web link:  https://api.paybypinwheel.com/customer/merchant/7479 and you will be prompted to log into your new account. 
  • On your first log-in attempt, however, you must click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link at the bottom – you will then be prompted for your email address.
  • Be sure to use the same email you used when you ordered your River Organics product.
  • You will receive an email from Pinwheel with the subject line “Reset your Password – Pinwheel”. Follow the steps in that email to finish creating a new password.
  • You can use your email address and new password to log onto Pinwheel’s secure server to view or change your subscription account.

Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of the subscription duration without your explicit authorization.  If you do not want a subscription to renew, it will lapse without any further action on your part.
