Are you aware of the proposed Federal Ban on Hemp?

The Senate is considering legislation that could effectively eliminate up to 95% of the $28.4 billion hemp industry by imposing a stringent cap of 0.4 milligrams of THC per container on all CBD products.

The proposed language would compel patients, seniors, and veterans who depend on hemp-derived products to violate federal law in order to obtain them.

We urge you to contact your Senators and encourage them to back Senator Paul’s amendment to eliminate the hemp-destroying language from the proposed minibus bill.
