CBD Chocolate & Peanut Butter Smoothie

This is a healthier spin on a chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. I love combining cacao with CBD oil because both work so well for calming the body – with cacao’s magnesium levels and CBD’s anti-inflammatory qualities.

355 ml/1½ cups coconut or almond milk

1½ frozen bananas, peeled

115 g/4 oz. frozen cauliflower florets

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1–2 tablespoons peanut butter

¼ teaspoon CBD oil 

Serves 1

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Enjoy.
