  • We send most of our shipments via USPS, either Priority Mail or First Class Package Service.
  • We will also ship via UPS or FedEx if that is your preference, which you can indicate when placing your order.
  • If your address is a Post Office box, we can only use USPS.
  • As indicated elsewhere on our website, we offer free shipping on orders over $100, otherwise we charge $5.95 for shipping.
  • You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 8 business days. When placing your order, you have the option to choose more rapid delivery at an additional cost if that is your preference.
  • Regardless of the method of shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order leaves our location.

Founded in 2018

In 2018, Virginia passed a law (HB 1839) that made it legal to grow and sell hemp as a regular crop, not just for research. This followed a federal law that removed hemp from the list of controlled substances, as long as it has less than 0.3% THC.
